Unable to Access Employee Card

Hi

 

Like lots of other users I cant access 3 of my employee cards. I'm trying to update their superannuation funds and I keep getting a message saying something's gone wrong and AccountRite needs to close.

 

The last 4 digits of our serial number is 2042.

Company File ID is 1.

 

Please help!

    Thank you so much Chris. I can access all 3 staff cards now.
