Unable to Open Employee Card File

Hi, I am unable to open one employee card.  Keep getting error "Somethings gone wrong Accountright needs to close".  Looking at previous support posts, it appears a script will need to be run on our file?

Error log attached.

    Hi JMR1, 

     

    I've had the script run over the company file, you should now be able to open the card file.

    Hi JMR1, 

     

    Thanks for your post. So I can arrange to have the script run over your company file can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and the file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).

      Hi Melisa,

       

      The last four digtis are 8824

       

      Company file  id is 2

       

      How long does this take to do?  Do yo send us instructions on what do with the script.

       

      We have paryoll to process today.
