Unable to record pay run

Hi,

 

I can enter my pays as normal but when I record it, it processes a zero run.  

 

Please help.

    So that we can investigate this further, could you please locate your diagnostic log and paste it into your reply?

        Hi BPA,

         

        The diagnostic log you've provided is from the 2021-11-09 09:45:59, could you please reproduce the error and then locate the most up-to-date log? If you are unable to locate this, could you please advise if your file is online or local?
