reach the limit of confirmation and my company file is read only

please help me to confirm my company file which is int the read only mode, can't enter new transaction     regards issac

    Hi icey 

     

    I'm happy to take a look, could you please send me a private message with the following information:

     

    - Your serial number

    - Business name, primary contact person's full name and email address registered with us.

    - Open the company file in Read Only, go to Help > About, either provide a screenshot of it or grab the product name, version number and Company File ID number please.

     

    You can send the private message by mouse over my avatar and choose 'Send a message'.
