Card balance incorrect

I have 2 accounts showing a credit balance, yet no transations list (01-01-1900 to 31/12/9998).

Another account has a current invoice, but again the outstanding balance is different to the invoice listed.

 

How do i update the cards to show the correct balance?

    • a screenshot of the Aged Receivables report dated 31/12/9999
    • serial number, found in Setup>>Company Information
    • Company file ID, found in Help>>About MYOB AccountRight
    • primary contact name
    • primary contact email
    • business name
