Invoice reminder option on both the customer card and preference is blank? How can I resolve this?

Hi @Ninette,
Thanks for your post. This is generally caused by an internal preferences selected in the Internet explorer settings. To resolve this can you please try the below:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click the Settings cog and choose Compatibility View settings.
3. Deselect Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.
4. Go back to the blank Invoice Reminders screen and press F5 on your keyboard and see if it loads.
5. If the Invoice reminders screen still loads blank please move onto the next possible solution
Note: Only Internet Explorer version 11 is compatible for this feature, if you're using a lower version of Internet Explorer you will need to upgrade the browser to latest version.

I am using Microsoft Edge, I have tried (not the best with these things) see attached. It hasnt helped?
F5 only lightens or darkens the screen.

In addition to my previous comment, I am now on my PC at the office on which I use Firefox and the same problem is occuring. I have not changed any preferences on either my PC or my laptop computer yet now both have a blank invoice reminder option.

Hi @Ninette,
Only Internet Explorer version 11 is compatible for this feature and is used when the Invoice reminders window appears, can you please search the computer for Internet explorer and troubleshoot the above steps. These steps will not work in Microsoft Edge.

It was working fine on my laptop for months on Microsoft Edge, I didn't change anything. Also, it's now not working on my work PC either which uses Firefox. It's been fine on my PC for years until just the last week. Seems to be a MYOB issue if you ask me

I am having the same problem. When I open up invoice reminders the screen is blank so I can't edit the reminders or turn them on and off for individual customers. I have only noticed this in the past week. I use Google chrome but don't use a browser to access MYOB so not sure why this would matter. I called MYOB and was on hold for 3 hours and they said a specialist would call me within 48 hours but no one has called (surprise, surprise). Please help! I am using AccountRight V 2022.8.0 PC edition.

I never want to call MYOB at any time as usually after a long wait they are rarely any help. I really think its on MYOB's end as all was working fine up until a week ago. I havent changed anything. I've just logged into the browser and changed the invoice notification settings from there. Hopefully they will resolve the problem soon.
