Failed to send email

Im receiving the below errror message when trying to complete a self on boarding invite via email

 

We couldnt send the invite to your employee. The business file may be missing required payroll information. Check the following and try again.

 

- Problems retrieving business information to send invite, please try again later.

 

Prior to the last upgrade I ahd used this feature several times with no issue.

Hi @ralama 

 

Thank you for your post and Welcome to the Community Forum ! I hope you'll find this forum useful.

 

In this matter , we recommend you to check your general payroll information, and try to send an self on boarding  form invite using the browser version and if it is happening too on the AccountRight browser version,  can you please send me a private message  with the following information : 

  • Serial number
  • Your full name and email address
  • Screenshot of the error message you get
  • Confirmation of the email address you're sending the self onboarding request to
