Leave adjustment

We have a staff member whose leave accruals a incorrect for both annual and personal, I did an adjustment through payroll adjusting the leave accruals, doing a $0.00 pay. However, when I run an entitlement report her leave is still incorrect, how do I fix this. 

On the report her annual leave is 189.07 hours and should be 58.50 hours, her personal leave on the report is (-2.84) hours   and should be 21.60 hours, this all came about by reinstating her after she had left, and we originally did an adjustment in her card file not using payroll. 

It’s a mess- hopefully someone can help us.
