As you are able to set up Approving Managers, there should be the ability for those Approving Managers to be able to set up their own Rosters without being Administrators to limit access to sensitive information and prevent extra workload for Adminstrators (not their role to set up rosters).

Please can you tell me if there is a way to hide the item purchase price from users in the program ?
under Inventory in Manage Roles there is not Icon to hide the Purchase price from my staff when they wish to look up item details.
Please can you guide me how I do this?

If it is not available currently than it must to make available, otherwise we as owner have to sitting all the time to enter purchase or to maintain inventory otherwise we have to let to go our employees to know our purchase cost which is not perfect account software if you can't resolve it.

Currently when we view the Items List in Inventory the Last Cost Column appears on the screen (as well as others). I know once you are there you can select it and hide it from view, but is there a way to permanently hide that column? We have some clients who like to look over our shoulder when we are giving prices which is why we would like it hidden.

When will myob allow the user to pick what fields are required in the onscreen display for
1. sales
2. purchases
3. auto ordering
and probably most of the other screens as the fixed ones are only half usefull as you are constantly going to the parts card to find the rest of the information that you require
Dont they realise that every business is different and that what works for one doesnt for another
Even within a business different people could require customised arrangements of sales/purchasing/ordering etc to make their job more efficient
Hope this gets some traction and something done soon

Would be handy to have a transaction count, eg, 50 bills entered, 25 sales entered, 10 jounals, 50 spend money.. total for month 135 transactions. something like that.
This report would be handy to see how many ransactions are getting entered, increase or decrease.Also to filter by card. Its not always about the dollar value.
Used for employee review, productivity reviews, etc.

Please add support for Password Autofill to the iOS app so that we can use password managers instead of manually entering the account username and password.
Also, biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) should be used in place of the four digit pin. I'm not sure why we're required to authenticate every time the app is opened anyway, since it doesn't display any sensitive information.

Hi there,
It would be good to have hyperlink field on both purchases and spend money screens, so the users can add links to documents stored in external systems like Dropbox, AP automation tools, workflow tools, etc. When these tools push the purchase data via API, they can also send links to this field instead of the users having to manually upload the documents.

Why dont the developers at MYOB create the ability in the Setup\Preferences\Reports & Forms to switch on to default that the account numbers are displayed on all financial reports? Seems a sensible option to me and would save time generating reports.

I am trying to minimise the user role for one of our employees. She is responsible for SALES entries and also records the daily banking of incoming money, however, under the current setting she is also able to see any purchase transactions and I am not able to restrict her view on the banking side. :( After talking to the chat room they advised that the restrictions work only if the user is on a single role and does not work when they are on multiple roles (here SALES & BANKING). I highly recommend to adjust the settings so that you can customise a user role yourself which allows you to select each and every single task for each individual.

We have moved from Enterprise to Accountrite but struggling that now we cannot add locations fields to our Invoices or to Purchase orders. We need this so our freight company knows which location to pick items from. Also for our Supplier to know what location goods are to be delivered to.
Plus we need to be able to add location field to reporting in sales and item sales.

i would love to see a Reports icon in the Command Centre menus.
for example, along the top where there are the big icons for each command centre (with Accounts on the left edge nd Card File on the right), an icon for Reports could go to the right of the Card File link.
i know it's also down the bottom, but i think it would just make sense and easier to quickly get to if it's at the top along with the obvious menu
