Generally, if we are looking for reports to cater needs we would need to know what information we are trying to collect from those reports. I would recommend checking these help articles Business reports, Banking reports, and Inventory reports. Also if you need further assistance feel free to let us know what information we are trying to extract from the reports.

I am looking for reports such as balance sheet, income statement, owner’s equity/retained earnings statement, and a statement of cash flows.
I can see the first three can be printed from the reports tab however the cashflow report is missing.

I'm glad you were able to find the other reports. The Statement of cash flow report could be found under the banking reports.

Thanks for the response.
It's more than likely that you have a Business Lite subscription instead of a Business Pro. As Business Lite is a more basic version of the application some reports won't be present on it. If the statement of cash flow report is an important report that you must have, I would suggest resizing your package to Business Pro.

I'm sorry to inform you, I was not able to find the Statement of Changes in Equity in the reports. I could only confirm the Statement of Cashflow report is included in Business Pro.

We previously did offer a service for clients to submit a support request through their my.MYOB accounts. However, based on client feedback we did receive and the turnaround times we do no longer offer that service for clients at this time.
