Cannot process an increased superannuation payment

Hi All,

I have increased the superannuation limit in an employees profile (did this yesterday). 

But every time I try to process their super, I get an error message saying "this cant be processed because it would exceed your super limit. 

 

When I check the super settings, it should be allowing this payment as it is less than the limit. 

Can anyone help please?

    Thank you for your post.

     

    I would suggest going back into your Pay Super settings and checking if your limit is set as monthly or quarterly, as this limit will also take into account all past contributions made during this time.
