Overtime hours are being deducted from Annual Leave entitlements

Dear Community,

 

We changed our employees from Base Salary to Base Hourly, with new categories set up and linked accordingly (or so I thought).

 

After checking, all overtime hours (since the change) have been deducted from Annual Leave hours for our employees, leaving them with reduced annual leave hours.

 

I've checked the Payroll categories, and can't see what I have done wrong.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your post and your patience in waiting for a response.

     

    Kindly open the leave pay item and check the calculation basis if it's set to % of Gross Hours, you can select the wage pay items that should have their hours exempt from accruing leave. Please note that after making these changes it will only affect future pay runs, to fix the incorrect balances from the past, please follow the steps in this Help article: Managing your employees' leave.
