Hi There,
I have received a rejected STP report with the error message code CMN.ATO.GEN.500162: Request PartyId has failed the algorithm check for the corresponding PartyId type. This STP lodgement was related to reversed pay run.
I have not seen this error before and can't find any information on what it means or how to fix it.
Any suggestions or information would be appreciated!

At present, we don't have any reported instances of the STP error message that matches yours. As a potential solution, I suggest going through the setup of the STP from the STP reporting window and sending an update event. If the error message persists after this, it would be necessary to contact ATO for further information regarding the error code.
