Error Message
Keep getting error message when I go to enter an item into an invoice. Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us...

Welcome to the Community Forum.
Have you tried from another web browser or cleared the browser cache and tried again, do you get the same error message?
If the above doesn't work are you able to please send me the console log?
To open the console can be opened using one of these methods
Choose the Console tab to view the logs being produced.
Right-click and choose Clear Console
Please repeat the action that causes the error/issue. Any errors within the logs will be recorded in the red error text.
Save the error log by right-clicking on the Console tab and choosing Save As, to save the entire log to a .txt file
