Remittance emails

When I email remittances from a btach payment, some suppliers do not receive an email, and other suppliers receive two emails: one with the email defaults we have set, and one without - both emails are attached.

I've checked the suppliers and all have an email address entered to receive emailed remittance advices.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
