that is not whats happening the MYOB programme is duplicating the 1 payment within a minute of each other causing it to show as being paid twice which is not occuring the correct amount goes into my bank but MYOB records it twice causing a credit that is not real

Hi ben81,
Thanks for your response. I would recommend on visiting this post that has the same issue you are having. Payments into system are double recording on same invoice and Invoices & Payments being entered twice when recording invoice
