My apologies for the late response. It does appear unusual that the record button is missing. However, this may sometimes be related to your display settings, potentially causing the lower part of the window (where the record button is located) to be cut off and out of view. I would recommend starting by adjusting your display settings to check if the button becomes visible again: adjusting your display settings
If adjusting the display settings doesn't resolve the issue, could you kindly share a screenshot of the window when the problem occurs? This will help us better understand the situation and provide more targeted assistance.

I have checked display settings and not issues found.
I did enter a screenshot in my orginal post, but have attached again now.

Thank you for sharing the screenshots. Could you kindly attempt to clear your AccountRight cache to see if it resolves the issue? Clearing the AccountRight Cache

Hi Earl,
I just clearing the AccountRight cache, opened MYOB and the icon is still the same - so that did not work sorry.

Good morning Earl,
I only just recently went to use Transfer Money and there was no RECORD button from the start.
My User access is higher than the other employee who has this button showing. I will have our Administrator check that all sections in my User access is showing as READ & WRITE.
I didn't get a PM from you.
