Bank Coding Report with Running Balance

I need a report that is the Bank Coding Report but with a running balance of the bank balance. Does anyone know if this is possible?  As if you are looking at the bank statement but with the transactions coded to the category.

The report needs the following:

  • Date
    Description
  • Withdrawal $
  • Deposit $
  • Category
  • Notes
  • Running Balance

    Hi cama1,

     

    In AccountRight, the best place to check is Reports > Banking, then look through the available banking/reconciliation reports there. If you’re after one report that shows date, description, withdrawals, deposits, category, notes and a running balance all together, there may not be a standard AccountRight report with that exact format, so the closest option may be to export a banking report and customise it from there.

    Hi cama1​ 

     

    Maybe the General Ledger (Detail) report will suit you for this. The Insert/Modify - Show Hide option will give extra (or fewer) fields to display.
