Can't export report to excel

Hi, for some reason I can't export a report to excel. I don't get an error message. It just does nothing. A software update was done on my laptop but I am the only member of the team that is having issues

    Hi Mel_Achterberg,

     

    Since you mentioned that an update was recently done on your laptop, that might have affected some settings. There haven't been any reported issues with exporting to Excel. I'd suggest clearing your AccountRight cache, as that's worked for others in similar situations.
