Guid Changes on every update

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have been using the MYOB API since 2019 and i have observed the GUID for company id changes on every update. Recently, MYOB has released auto update feature, which makes this particularly annoying as i have no idea when the update occurs, which breaks my web app since all my company id fails to match.&nbsp;&nbsp;Is this by design? Is there any way to prevent this? If not any suggestion would be helpful.

Sorry, please ignore this.&nbsp;&nbsp;This time, there was no changes to the GUID, which is great. I will not have to update my program's company file id. This time, i found out with the auto update i need some additional service to be installed.&nbsp;
