we have 1 serial number, a company file on line. now just add 1 more subscription fee to want to add one other company file online. is it possible? can i use another email address to login to the new company file or had to use the same email address?
and how about if let other user to login to the new file? how to do it

For the login details, you can keep things simple by using the same email address to manage both company files under your existing MYOB Account, but if you prefer, you can set up a new MYOB account with a different email address for the new company file.
