Are support tickets being monitored?
I'm not exactly new to MYOB, but we have recently started another trial of MYOB 2025 AR Premier.
I notice in https://myaccount.myob.com/ we can submit support tickets, but I've not heard anything back regarding the ones I've raised.
Are they being monitored and responded to? I noticed it says BETA but if it's not going to be actively monitored perhaps disable it for now.
