Backup in progress

Hello, 

Please help reset our MYOB file as it's currently stuck backing up. 


This is rather urgent as we have 4 people unable to do anything.

    I contact them via the chat and got it fixed. The chat hours are 7am-7pm.

    Hi Brody_M,

     

    The backup-in-progress issue seems to pop up randomly, and we haven't figured out the cause yet, so there's no surefire way to stop it from happening again. If it happens, just reach out to our support team, and they'll help you out as soon as they can.

  • Hello, 

    Same, got to work this morning and my MYOB is stuck in back up mode. 

     

    Cant do anything. 

     

    Please need help urgently and call center only opens at 9am Adelaide time.

    This has happened to us multiple times and is quite inconvenient when we have people unable to conduct any work outside of your assistance hours. Is there something you can do to prevent this from happening?
