Client unable to access their file
Hi, My client cant get access to their file as it is saying unable to activate the company file. The original error mentioned fire walls, now there is a new error saying they need to contact MYOB. They are on Accountright. As they cant access anything, how do they lodge a case through their "My Account" or can this only be rectified with a call? Thanks
