Confirmation Code V19

What is the telephone contact number I need to ring to get a confirmation code for my old version?

It is not automatically confirming, and the online confirmation code generator is also not working.

My understanding is that the confirmation stops on the 28/2/2026 - this happened on 25/2/26.

    MOCA is no help and telephone support cannot help stating the only way you get your confirmation codes is using the confirmation.myob.com/confirm website, which does not work.  So the only conclusion that MYOB telephone support could offer is that MYOB have already decommissioned the file as at 25/2/26 NOT 28/2/26.  So MYOB have lied.

    Cannot raise a support case as its V19.16 perpetual licence.

    Hi Marlyse,

     

    Thanks for sticking with us. I know this hasn't been a smooth run for you. Just to clear things up, your file hasn't been quietly decommissioned, and we definitely haven't pulled the rug out from under you. Even with a v19 perpetual licence, you can still confirm your file. This one does need to be handled directly by our support team though, as they'll need to check the confirmation status on the backend and guide you through it properly. They've got the right tools to get this sorted. Please give them a call on 1300 793 427 or jump onto live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. Make sure you let them know exactly what's happening with the confirmation site so they can investigate further.     Thanks but I have done the "activating & confirming older MYOB products" and the code generated does not fix the issue.  And when I rang MYOB they said this is the exact same way that they generate the code to confirm a V19.16 file.  So..... 🤷‍♀️.  MOCA has no option to deal with this, just says ring.  How do you submit through online account if there is no online version - its V19.16. 🤷‍♀️
