I can't confirm my company file onlline.
Hello, I am having trouble confirming my company file online, and am unable to open my company file.
Also, I don't know where to find my company file code.
Can someone please help me? I desperately need to do the BAS Return, and am in a panic as I can't get into my file. I'd really appreciate some help. Thank you. Angie

Thank you for letting us know about your concern and welcome to the Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear that you've had this experience and I'll be more than happy to help you in resolving this. Since it's an older version, online confirmation is not supported. But we can now generate a confirmation code by going to confirmation.myob.com. Activating and confirming older MYOB products, has detailed information and instructions to assist you with this. Please let me know how it goes.
