The page is working - if you enter a serial number and company file code that MYOB Aust recognises, and is prepared to issue a confirmation code to, you will get a code on screen - if you enter something they don't recognise, or they don't want to issue a confirmation code for, you get this 'page not working error 500 message' - it is a misleading and confusing response, but this is what MYOB chooses to do. You will need to contact MYOB directly for a Confirmation code, or get one elsewhere.

I get that you're having a bit of a rough time getting a confirmation code for an older version of MYOB. No stress, I'm on it! I noticed that the "Activating and Confirming Older MYOB Products" page isn't working for you. So, I've sent you a private message asking for some details to help get your file up and running. I'm also trying to get a confirmation code but getting the same response. Have tried two different browsers with no luck. So frustrating!
Can SOMEONE please help me! I need a confirmation code!
