Log In Not Working

AccountRight encountered an error when processing Purchase Invoice payments yesterday and it shut down.

I have attempted to restart and relog in but the log in I use is now not recognised.

How can I fix this?

    Hi Sai

     

    I was doing some work on Purchase Payments and an error message appeared and then the program shut down.

     

    I then attempted to restart the program and the log on screen did not prefill like it usually does so I manually entered the sign on (email address) and passwords but received an invalid email/password message.

     

    The program is installed on another computer and the same result is happening there.

     

    I have also used the windows net fix tool but still no joy.

     

    Hope that you can get this fixed

    It is working in the browser but how do i fix it on the computer
