Thank you for providing the error log. If you are not getting the window to enter your password, this is typically caused by your Internet Explorer security settings.
The following steps should resolve this issue, and I do recommend that you speak to an IT support professional if you are unsure about making the following changes:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to Settings.
- Go to the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to near the end and tick USE TLS 1.0, 1.1, or 1.2.
