MYOB keeps logging me out after a few hours

MYOB keeps logging me out after a few hours of inactivity and just closes down when I attempt to use it. I thought the system stayed logged in for 12 hours? I know its just a simple log in prompt again, however this close down disables the back up facility too. Is there a way around keeping logged in for the day?

    Hi Blockbuild,

     

    The AccountRight software is designed to log you out after certain amount of time. This is a feature build in in the software. You can go around this by editing the config file of your AccountRight to increase the timeout duration. I recommend reaching out to live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA as this needs a support representative to perform.

    I am having so much trouble with MYOB today. I am unable to load Accounts Payable or Receivable reports on Accounts right browser as well as the desk top version.  At end of month this is so frustrating.
