Hey alib2
Thanks for including a screenshot! Do you have any custom scaling settings enabled in your PC's display settings? If so, can you please disable it, sign out of Windows and then log back into AccountRight once more and you should be able to see the text on the tiles correctly. For the best performance, we also suggest 100%-125% scale in your PC display settings. We've included more information and step by step instructions on this page to update your preferences.
Let me know how you go!

Thank you for your reply, this is what we tried, and it still didn't work.

Hey alib2
Thanks for getting back to me. We've heard some feedback that adjusting display settings doesn't resolve the issue. The team are investigating further to understand how these scenarios occur and how they can be resolved. Thank you for your patience whilst we work to fix this up, we'll be posting updates on this post in the Ideas Exchange, would recommend hitting the bell icon on the top right to stay updated!
I too am having this same issue

If you're still experiencing display issues, can you please follow the steps below:
- Right click AccountRight application icon on your desktop
- Click Properties
- Go to compatibility tab
- Click Change high DPI settings
- See if the checkbox Override high DPI scaling behaviour Scaled performed by: is ticked and application is selected. If so untick this checkbox.
- Click OK
- Restart AccountRight
Let me know how you go.

I did above unticked DPI which fixed the issue with the shortcut display but now gone back to being blurry across all of MYOB.

Hey kelee021
Can you please leave that DPI override button unticked, and then go to your display settings and change the scaling a bit lower in the dropdown. Sometimes when settings are changed it can get a bit blurry, please restart your PC machine after updating your display settings and then check to see if AccountRight display has been fixed.
Another suggestion for the blurry writing, if you click into your PC settings and go to Font Settings > Turn on ClearType, it can help but just be aware it will also impact other apps on your computer.
Let me know how you go, if you can include any screenshots that would be super helpful!
I followed these instructions, however it decreased font size and overall windows with myob.

Hey DK6
Thanks for getting back to me. Did the steps fix up the display of the dynamic tiles as well? Or did it only affect the font size and overall windows in MYOB AccountRight.
If you tick the box to use System (Enhanced) then restart AccountRight, does that fix the display? I've attached a screenshot like so:
Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you're able to see in AccountRight after following those instructions please?
