New user not receiving 2FA email

We signed up a new user to Accountright. They received the invitation but have not received the 2FA email. Does anyone know why or what we can try?

    Hey SeriouslyMYOB,

     

    Two-factor authentication or 2FA adds an extra layer of security, and first-time users will be prompted to set it up when signing in. If the 2FA has been setup but the code isn't arriving via email, below are the other ways on how to receive it:

     

    • Use an authenticator app on a mobile device (recommended), where the code is displayed directly in the app.
    • Choose SMS to receive the code as a text message on your phone.
