Online Administrator access unable to download MYOB invoices

Hi

Can you advise why I don't have the option to download your invoices - I have administrator access. Below is a snippet from user with "Owner" access. 

Every time I need to download MYOB's invoice, I have to wait for a code from the "owner" so trying to bypass this stage. 

Is there an option for invoices to be emailed instead?
