Problems connecting

I can not enter a sale or raise reports into MYOB.  It appears I am not connected. I updated the file yesterday and now I am having troubles.

Is there a problem MYOB end?????

    Hi Dianne5

     

    I understand how not being able to create sales and reports can disrupt your workflow. Currently, there's no known issue with MYOB related to what you're experiencing. I recommend clearing your AccountRight cache and logging back into the file.
