Taking a company off line

I have 1 company online, and 3 small company files in My Library.  I now want to down-size and take the online company into My Library.  Can someone tell me where to find the instructions?

    Hi PJL1,

    Thanks for your post. If you'd like to remove the online company file from the cloud, please provide the last four digits of your Serial Number and Company File ID, and I'll be happy to assist with that process for you.

        Thanks for the information. Upon reviewing the Serial Number provided, I'm unable to locate the Company File name you mentioned. Could you please go to Help > About MYOB AccountRight and check the Company File ID? This will help us proceed further. Thank you!
