The Connection to the server was lost

Hi,

Can someone contact me asap via private message. My access level for serial ending 7714 (ID 1) is showing as Online Administrator, however clearly it is not. I cannot do many of the things an online administrator should be able to do - namely restore online. Cannot see user access settings either. Need this fixed urgently so I can restore a file online. Access needs to be reset.

 

Also the file cannot be accessed via browser - 'Something has gone wrong!'
