Unable to access Client ID

Hi!

 

I am a returning employee and require access to the companies client ID. I have called MYOB multiple times, and have been advised that they have exhausted every option, I am still unable to access the client ID.

 

Has anyone else had a similar issue? or can direct me towards something else I can try to get this resolved?

    Thank you so much for your post and sorry for the inconvenience. You'll find your Client ID next to your username at the top of the screen whenever you're logged in to your my. MYOB account.
