Unable to confirm company file.

Hello all,

Went to log into MYOB this morning and it popped up saying "Cannot confirm company file and This is a read only file now".

 

Tried to confirm company file online, says it cannot connect, tried generating confirmation code for older versions of MYOB and it comes back with serial not found.

 

Could some one please manually confirm it for me and send the file through?
