Appreciate you sharing the screenshot! When this error appears it usually means the company file is locked, so the best next step is to contact our support team so they can check it on their side. You can reach our Live Chat team via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

You haven’t said which version you are using so it may be because you are trying to confirm an older version that MYOB has decided not to continue confirming, regardless of Perpetual Licenses. If this is the case, then I suggest you contact FGH Tables for reasonably priced confirmation code.
