Unable to confirm company files online

Hi

I am having difficulty confirming my company file online. I am using AccountEdge (but can't see anywhere else to ask this question). This only started happening recently. I attempted to make contact with support through both MOCA and my account with no success. Hopefully someone here can help?

  • I should add that I already tried the method suggested here: http://help.myob.com/confirmation with no success. It returned an error:

    • Error reason: CompanyDataFile Exception.
    • Exceeded maximum confirmations within allowable time period.

    Whatever that means. I just want to do my business accounts.

    Good call bringing this here, confirmation and support roadblocks are no fun. Support’s limited for older MYOB products, but we’ve got a self-serve confirmation option for those customers here. Since you’ve already tried that, you can shoot me a private message with your serial number and company file code and I’ll help you.
