Unable to log out

I have 2 company files in Account Right.

In one I can log in and out normally.

In the other I cannot log out. I can move from menu page to menu page within the app, but when I try to "exit" the screen blinks at me and nothing happens. 

I cannot close the page by using X, I cannot minimise it either.

I can close it by shutting down my computer but that can't be good for the data.

I have tried all the AI suggestions without success.

    Hi wainb

     

    Needing to restart your PC just to close AccountRight is definitely not ideal, and you’re right that it’s not the safest way to do it.

    As a workaround, you can try closing it via Task Manager instead of rebooting the whole computer. It’s also worth opening the same file on another computer to see if it behaves the same way.

     

    From there, you can connect with our support team to dig into what’s going on, as this isn’t a common issue. You can reach them by logging a support ticket through the My Account window, or by jumping on live chat via MOCA, our virtual assistant.
