windows 11 and Microsoft Office latest version

Hi 

 

I bought a new laptop and installed Windows 11 and the latest version of Microsoft Office

 

Since I changed my laptop with new versions, MYOB AccountRight Premier is not supporting Outlook to send out any invoices and statements. 

 

It is very poor on MYOB not to support the latest versions of the technology.

 

Could you please let us know by when can fix this issue as there's only a quarter ahead for end of fianncial year.

    Hi RNI 

     

    If you have an older version of MYOB, I have found that you need to uninstall MS Office and reinstall as 32-bit version in order for the emails, etc. to work. You need to reinstall MYOB after it again.
