it appears to only happen for statement date 31st March 2025. I did other reconciliations for previous months and the report and reconciliation dates were perfect. I have given up and will tell the accountant it was not my fault but yours.
This guy is having the same problem
I was wondering if anybody is also experiencing MYOB changing the bank reconciliation date, we select for instance the 31/03/2025 and when you run the recon it will change it to 1/4/2025 automatically. This has not been an issue before today. I also noted that you cannot select March 31 form the screen that April dates are on you have to move back to March.
Hi Isaiah_C , same issue with me as well when I tried to reconciled for 23/04/2025 but the date revert to todays date as soon as I hit the RECONCILE button. So obviously there is some issues in MYOB. Please advice the solution.
I have just spent half hour grappling with bank statement date reverting to today's date when trying to reconcile to 31 March 2025 exactly as Sarah describes, although not our EOFY.
These dates can be matched on other versions of MYOB I am using, but not on MYOB Lite.
Hope we can have a resolution soon,
thanks,
Fiona

Hi Sarahh0154,
There shouldn't be any issue with this. You should be able to reconcile for 31 March 2025 without it reverting to today's date. Please refer to this post for more details: Bank reconciliations | MYOB Community.

Hey mehul_ca,
Not too sure whether the reconciliation feature's just having a moment or if that's how it's meant to work. When you're checking a specific date like April 23, you'll need to use the little arrow to jump back, since it looks like it defaults to the current date. Best to have a chat with our support team via our virtual assistant, MOCA.
Cheers,
Doreen
