I can't add an employee to a pay run?

I cant add an employee to a pay run, they are created and are a long term employee but they only get one payment a financial year. The regular staff show but i cant add this employee to the week's pay run that they get paid in?

    The problem may be how they are set up.

     

    If you are running a payrun for weekly pays and they aren't set up as weekly they won't be picked up in that run

     

    So you can either run a separate pay run for them or change their pay frequency to weekly prior to the payrun ( employee card, payroll details, wages tab)

     

    if you run their pay separately you can still upload all the pays in one aba file to process in the bank
