Pay Runs wont load
So I have read some posts from 7 months ago about Pay Runs not loading.
Our Pay Runs wont load, under any of our logins.
i have followed part of the conversation and deleted all browsing history and restarted computer.
Pay Runs are still not loading, what do we need to do.
Payroll was due yesterday.

If the Pay Run page is stuck on a spinning circle and shows the error message "We’re unable to load your content," it could be due to a corrupted draft pay run in the file. A suggested workaround would be going to the Create menu and choose Pay Run to load the Create Pay Run page. Then, go back to Payroll >> Pay Runs, and the page should now load.
