Payroll - Superannuation Error

I have a case where an employee's payment is not calculating the correct amount of Superannuation.

 

It should be 11% of Gross Salary but it seems to be calculating 11% of Net Salary

 

I've checked all the payroll and super settings and they seem correct

 

Any experts out there that can help please?

 

I've tried to contact the MYOB experts themselves but they are going around in circles and wasting time.

    Hi TonyDobbo ,

    I would like to check if you're still having this issue? If so, could you please check the calculation basis for Super? Ensure that the minimum required rate is selected. If it is, verify the exemptions and check if any other pay items are ticked.
