Payroll Electronic Payment File

Using the electronic payments file to pay employees, when downloading bank file to upload to bank the downloaded file reads 0KB empty.  Whats happened, how do you fix this system error

    Hey LRGFR8​,

     

    An empty bank file can stall things, but no worries, we’ll point you to a quick recreate and keep you moving. I'm not sure why the bank file came out empty from that download. However, the best action to take is by recreating the bank file with steps given through this link. Check out the FAQs and look for “How do I recreate a bank file”. Before you re‑do it, make sure you delete the existing file and then generate a fresh one so you’ve got a clean upload. If it still plays up after that, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. They can dig deeper with what you're experiencing and help you sort it out.
