There haven’t been any reported hiccups with payroll on our end, so it might just be a tech gremlin. First up, check your internet connection to make sure it’s steady. If that doesn’t do the trick, give it a whirl on another device to see if payroll behaves itself there. If it's still the same, you can reach out to our team to see if there's an error message or something else causing the holdup. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA.
