Hi Till,
Are you in the AccountRight version or browser? In the browser version as long as you tick the "attach invoice PDF" button when emailing the invoice from MYOB then it should work if not then maybe a question for the support team.
If your using AccountRight you need to go to Setup - Preferences - Emailing - And change it to include a link to online invoice and attach a PDF.Thanks, Matthew Powell - Clients needs bookkeeping Pty Ltd

HI. I'm using Business Lite and I use it in the Browser. I get the below come up and I drop my files in and it seems to upload them all. Then when I hit 'Send' - it does not send them with the invoice. Very annoying. I'm pretty confident I'm doing it correctly.

Hey Till,
That double-up with attachments is definitely a bit annoying, especially when you’re doing everything right. When working with invoices, you’ll need to pop your docs onto the invoice first, then once you’re ready to email it out, attach them again on the email screen to make sure everything heads off together. We know this may not be ideal for your invoice needs. With that, we encourage you to post this on our MYOB Business Idea Exchange board so that our awesome developers can take a look and could be considered for future updates.
Cheers,
Doreen
