Clients unable to open online invoice

Hi,

Some of my clients are unable to open the online invoice's and dont seem to be getting the attached .pdf since the upgrade last week. Is there a soulition?

    Hi, AlexBint

     

    Thanks for your post. 

     

    When you sent the invoice to your clients, in which window did you attach the document? If you attach it through "Attachments" from the invoice window, most likely what will happen is that the document will not show up when you send the invoice. With this, we highly recommend attaching a document through the "Email invoice" window. You may send the invoice to your personal email address first to check if you will be able to see the attached document.

      Thanks for updating us.

       

      When you added the PDF attached to the invoice, in which window did you attach it? Kindly make sure to attach it through the email invoice window. Please refer to the screenshot below.

       

       

      Kindly try to attach the PDF using the window above and see if your customer will receive the PDF attached.

      thats the way I sent it and 3 customers had issues
